Born in the city Sao Paulo (Brazil), and raised in Salvador (BA, Brazil), and Campinas (SP, Brazil), I enjoyed my time playing soccer with players and coaches from all over the world. Between the ages of 15 and 17 I had several chances to advance my career with Ponte Preta as well as other squads in Brazil. However, my family decided that the safest route to any career would be through schooling and college, and therefore I ended all conversations and chances with scouts and teams.

At 19-years-old I stepped foot in the United States and went full charge searching for an adequate university. I was welcomed with huge culture shock, not only by the American way, but also in the way they play the sport. With no help or guidance I went blindly to the first college that accepted me. When I stepped onto the first (American University) soccer field at 19 years old, I was an outsider fighting for a spot on a “full” squad. I was unprepared for life and the sport in the United States. I had to try to adapt to a NEW soccer style, and at the same time adapt to life in a new country.

In 2009 I began speaking with Michael Mitchell about past experiences here in the United States, and how I needed guidance when I moved to the United States. I expressed interest in recruiting and helping future generations like myself to NEVER go through the difficulties I went through. My job with BSA Sports is to help guide and advise students from Brazil, and prepare them for life and sport here in the United States.

I also serve as the marketing liaison for the Brazilian side of BSA Sports, taking american players to Brazil and Brazilian players to FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
